After the All Black Issue of Italian Vogue released and Obama is chosen as US President, seems like all black models got more luck than before.
There's only a few black models in the world and it's just a plenty of them who are shining. Naomi Campbell, Tyra Banks and Liya Kebede are the example of the lack of black supermodels. Then there's Chanel Iman, Jourdan Dunn & Selita Ebanks as the girl of the moment...
And the most surprising things happened...
Chanel Iman walked at Gucci Spring 2009
She was the first black woman to walk in Gucci since 2005, when Tom Ford still on Gucci
Jourdan Dunn walked at Chanel Haute Couture Spring 2009
Chanel never used black models before, especially in couture...
Is it because of Obama effect then the designer get Obamazed?
or is it all because of the economic recession that make people do some strange things???
